Will Pony fit my toilet?
Pony fits most standard U.S. toilets and installs directly between your existing toilet and seat. Because toilet designs can vary, we recommend checking the fit before installation if you have an unusual or non-standard toilet.
Is Pony difficult to install?
Not at all. Pony is designed for a simple DIY installation and attaches directly to your existing toilet. Most installations can be completed with basic tools in just a few minutes. No plumber or bathroom remodeling is required.

How does Pony connect to my toilet's water supply?
Pony connects directly to your toilet's existing water supply using the included T-valve. The T-valve connects between your toilet tank and the existing water line, allowing Pony to use fresh water without electricity or a separate water connection.
Does Pony need electricity?
No. Pony is completely mechanical and does not require electricity or batteries. It uses your toilet's existing water supply and a simple control knob to adjust the water flow.
Does Pony use cold water?
Yes. Pony uses your toilet's existing cold-water supply. Pony does not heat the water, which means there is no electricity, heating system, or separate hot-water connection required.
Does Pony come with everything I need to install it?
Yes. Pony comes with everything you need for a standard installation, including the brass T-adapter with washer, stainless steel hose, and Teflon tape. You’ll just need a wrench to connect Pony to your toilet’s water supply.
Can I adjust the water pressure?
Yes. Pony has an adjustable control knob that lets you choose the water pressure that feels right for you. Start with a gentle setting and adjust as needed.
How do I clean Pony?
Pony is designed to be easy to keep clean. The retractable nozzle helps keep the spray nozzle protected when not in use. For routine cleaning, simply wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
How long does it take to install Pony?
Pony can be installed in 10 minutes or less. No plumbing experience is required—just a few basic tools and a little time.
Does Pony offer front and rear wash?
Yes. Pony offers both front and rear wash settings. Simply turn the control knob to select the wash position you prefer.
Does Pony have a self-cleaning nozzle?
Yes. Pony’s retractable nozzle is designed to rinse itself after each use, helping keep the nozzle clean and ready for your next wash.
Is Pony safe to use?
Yes. Pony is designed for safe, everyday use and connects directly to your toilet’s existing cold-water supply. Pony products have passed CUPC, WaterMark, NSF, and CE certifications. The adjustable control knob also lets you control the water pressure for a comfortable wash.
Do I still need toilet paper when using Pony?
Yes. Pony is designed to complement your normal bathroom routine, not necessarily replace toilet paper. After using the wash, you can use toilet paper to gently pat dry. Some people may find they use less toilet paper, but the choice is yours.
How do I dry off after using Pony?
After using Pony, simply use toilet paper to gently pat dry. Some people may find they need less toilet paper than before, but your drying routine is completely up to you.
Will Pony fit under my existing toilet seat?
Yes. Pony is designed to work with your existing toilet seat. Its chamfered design helps prevent the bidet from interfering with the seat, so there’s no need for a special bidet seat.
What is Pony’s return policy?
You may return an unopened Pony Bidet within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and unopened, with the original packaging and security seal intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and you must contact Pony and receive return authorization before sending the product back.
Because Pony is a personal-hygiene product, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or installed.
If your Pony arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before returning it. We'll work with you on the appropriate solution, including replacement of defective parts or the product when appropriate.

Does Pony come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Pony bidet includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, we'll work with you to troubleshoot the problem and, when appropriate, replace the defective part or product.
