Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering Pony. If you change your mind, you may return your unopened Pony Bidet within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The original packaging and security seal must be intact.
• You must contact Pony before sending the product back and receive return authorization.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Opened or Installed Products

Because Pony is a personal-hygiene product, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or installed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Pony arrives damaged or doesn't work properly, please contact us before returning it. We'll work with you to determine the best solution, including replacement of defective parts or the product when appropriate.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product and it remains unopened, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you arrange an exchange.
